List for Santa

Post by Stephen Lavin » Tue Dec 12, 2006 12:42 am

I'm sitting here thinking (yes, I can think barely) what would be on my Santa list that the skate elves could make for me or bring this year. Here is the midwest lazy man's list. Post some of your wish items for the holidy too.

Two race ramps built by someone that can cut wood
100 more cones
Black socks (couldn't help myself)
$10,000 in travel coupons for next season
More Sake
Knee transplants from a 22 year-old
More beer
6 pairs of slip-on Vans
6 pairs of topsiders
Some EDO ampules

That should do it.

A timing system

I don't know if Santa can do this or not - a smooth, wide, steep, long hill of my very own that faces south so it's always in the sunshine. No cars allowed ever. And a chair lift like they have at ski resorts for taking me back to the top.

Oh yeah ... and also world peace and an end to starvation and suffering.
Gravity is a terrible thing to waste.

Timing System
Front truck
Winning season for the Reds
Some GOOD publicity for Pit Bulls and their owners
And for K-Hill to never become populated with businesses so we can skate it all hours of the night some more!

OH! And an official Red Ryder, carbine action, two-hundred shot range model air rifle, with a compass in the stock and 'this thing', which tells time

Since I'm originality challenged...

Post by Marty Agather » Mon Dec 18, 2006 4:01 am

I want Stephen's knees, nah strike that, I want the entire 22 year old transplant.

I'll take Tom's hill, but we should put it down near Black River Falls, halfway between his house and mine. And we need lights so that we can skate after dark.

From CB, I'm going to take time off, but I need way more than a couple of seconds. I'm not going to be greedy, just enough so that I can whip all-a-yas.

And finally just a bit of originality here, I need a stance that I can replicate continuously, and a strong pump for some additional speed.

Merry Christmas to those of you to whom it matters, Happy Hanukkah to some others, and seasons greetings to the balance. May your spririt be filled, your body sated, and some good skating under your wheels.

Best,
Skate 'em if you got 'em.

Hey Bara, I got Santa's Bad Girl List from Rudi. he's sporting more than a red nose this year - he's such a pimp. This list is hot...

BTW, I'm headed to Vegas for the holidays and I'm taking my ride. I'm going to hit that canyon north of the strip - Red Rock I think. Happy and Merry to all you skate freaks.

TM:

I drove thru BRF yesterday, but our hill wasn't there. Possibly Santa dropped it at your house?
Skate 'em if you got 'em.
