Edge repair of Subsonic deck- part 2

Here's the initial damage from a skogging mishap, and fixing it with JB Weld and 1/16" RC Aircraft plywood and fiberglass. Hope you like it.

Once this JB is cured rasp flat and sand it.

Use a rough wood rasp to rasp the JB Weld down flush with the deck, then fit your plywood to the area you want to repair.

Mix up more JB WELD Epoxy, place the plywood pieces where you want them, then clamp "Snug - NOT Tight"!!!

Again, Use the Heat-gun to make the JB Weld cure harder and cure WAY faster.
