Yo E, Haven't checked here in a bit sorry for the wait. Last time I cleaned them I used rocket lube. Seems to be working allright. Very low viscosity! I would like to try that Gold link stuff you mentioned on the Fish. Ours is mainly a Finish line product bike store.

Hey, that Rocket lube is good stuff...but expensive. I guess since we skaters use less lube per shot than we mountainbikers...we get zinged at the checkstand. Heh heh!!
I used Finish Line lubes for years, and bet that the real thin, non-wax, stuff would be great for bearings, too.
