It is important that we have transparency as to who has the authority to act. This site is run by ISSA, thus all the board members have equal authority to act as they see fit to defend the interests of this site and the association.
Over the next couple of months I will train those board members to perform tasks they might be interested in carrying out. Some of them are so easy, they'll find out by themselves, others may need a brief introduction as to "our way of dealing with it".
I'm not on the board, but I will continue to perform certain duties as long as they are being asked for. Sam and Vlad have access, because at one point in time they needed the access and we have not yet taken the decision to remove their access rights.
For added transparency to the users, and with so many authorized admins, we need to be clear on who did what, so Edit remarks will be usefull, to explain what was done.
For tasks like uploading files and so on, keep sending Avatar requests to Wesley and image uploads etc to me or Wesley. There's no need for all of us to do such things. Over the next months certain responsibilities for duties like that will be clarified and published.
