[2004] Valberg, French Championships, May 9 - Results

Post by Pierre Samray » Mon May 10, 2004 1:40 pm

Nice sunny day yesterday for the first French slalom race of the season.
SlalomSkate, longskate and some snakeboard came in Valberg a little ski station of the French riviera. A nice wide and rhythmic giant where racers got pleasure with speed carving. And a tight slalom racing in parallel to finish this good day. What can I say. Well! I'm still the leader in France, but for how long? When I see the very fast Vinzz Berruchon from Paris or the 15 years old Florian Lombardo that I trained since last years. They took second and third place in the 2 slaloms. Take care, slalom in France is waking up!

Great thanks to Antibes Longskate for this nice event (particulary to Guillaume, president of the association, and Pierre of course) and the whole crew from the south!
Nice people, nice race, nice place, nice weather (it was raining everywhere in France but not there - French rivera is Magic!)

Pierre and Fred were really fast.. and the young Florian will be for sure a very dangerous competitor really soon!

Don't have much time now to publish everything correctly, but we've got pics and vidz

VinZzZ, ( with 3xZ ;) )
