I've been checking mine out since about 4:30 Sunday:
Thanks to the CHIxILL guys for the swag at Ga. Tom's 1st Shamrock Outlaw in Dublin Ga. The custom commemorative paint really reflected the gnarly cool spirit of the day.
I've never ridden a fence picket, but one is never to old to learn! I'll spend this week thinking about set up options.
Y'all be cool.

I finally setup my 7 ply CHIxILL GS deck I stole from the back of the CHIxILL Hemi...
At my winter weight of 195lbs. the camber is just taken up when I take my stance on the board. (standard 22in drilling).....Good wood makes for some snappy flex also...
This thing has a nice big shape with plenty of room for my size 11 Purple Ponys
and there is more than enough room to do some extra drillings if need be.
All in all it'd be hard to beat for the money if you need that trusty cruiser/ GS racer combo deck...... I nicknamed it the "Chi-town Crescent"
Later, Tod

the G/S model made its debut at the hoobby hill rce this weekend in winston-salem.this hill is sick.Tod Oles,Cnova and myself ran these with great results. The boards held their line very well and felt very solid, yet smooth underfoot.cannot wait to run a hill like that again!
the night before, the CHIxILL G/S was one of the first prizes picked during the awards.DHB local Jay Mishoe grabbed that one, smart man.we will be updating the sight tonight with picks and stories from that epic race.oh,i forgot to mention a couple of COSS guys were seen rockin the FBR shirts,we are stoked!cf

Chris,
Let's not rush this along too fast, but let me know when you want your own Slalomskateboarder.com forum in the Decks category.
