truck width

Post by Andrew Seaman » Tue Oct 04, 2005 9:07 pm

Hi. I have just started to learn to slalom, but I think my trucks may be too wide. I am beginning with dixie cups about 8 1/2 ft apart, and so far things are ok, but I want trucks that will work when the cups are down to 6 ft, which seems to be what everyone does. I am just using my Alien Workshop deck until I'm sure I want to spend money on a real slalom board.

What kind of trucks do you have?

Tracker RTS and RTX are great inexpensive trucks if you want to think about new ones.

Yes, someone suggested these trucks, but I'm not sure what size to get that will work when the cones are 6 ft apart. The trucks on the board came with the complete.
