Who has the power to ban a registered member?

Any administrator has the power to ban on phpBB.

In the history of this site there was only one person briefly banned and that was a year or more ago and that ban was since lifted by Adam Trahan and was explained in full in a post by him. Just checked the IP ban list and nada. I have access but would not personally do such a thing. I think that Wesley Tucker, Jack Smith, and Joe I. have the ability too, as well as Jani.

Abusive posts have been moved to a folder called the "trash can" that only those with administrative status can view. But ALL are saved in that folder. I don't know how to do that either, and don't want to learn.

I wasn't referring to anyone specifically, just wanted to know the policy & procedures in place.
