I would like to put on a LONGBOARD ONLY slalom race soon. My idea is to run a simplified race on an easy wide-open course. Ideally I would like to run it head-to-head with big sweeping turns. The goal is to create a course that anybody can race on, even “first timers” but fun enough for the experienced/seasoned slalomer.

First, I need a wide enough hill to do head-to-head racing that has a non-foot drag stop. A mellow hill is preferred. Anybody got any suggestions for a location in DC, VA, MD, Baltimore, PA, etc.?

Kook, could it be done on Beach Drive? Although it's mostly flat, and the surface is passable it's plenty wide and closed to cars on the weekend. What about using part of that Zoo access road that they used for the DC DC.
