Response to Eriks ?
Yo E, Haven't checked here in a bit sorry for the wait. Last time I cleaned them I used rocket lube. Seems to be working allright. Very low viscosity! I would like to try that Gold link stuff you mentioned on the Fish. Ours is mainly a Finish line product bike store.

Ceramic biltins.
I also built up a set of ceramic Biltins. I ripped the balls out of a bearing that I didn't like the seal on, and stuffed them into an abec 5 biltin. They have stood up to everything I've thrown at them.
Dope!
Accidentially hit new post instead of reply! Ooops!

Oh man! Rhubarb is one of my favs! Little bit of vanilla ice cream and you're set. Lets see, thats one slice for you and......Oh hell, I'll just eat the rest!
I'll have to do some races next year. If you have them cooling right by the finish line, there's no way I'll loose!!

spacers
I think Noah meant Chain ring spacers. For axle spacers you need small chainring spacers (8mm ID). I use the large chainring spacers for kingpin spacers!
