simple question... how come Martin Reeves and Joe Mclaren who are both at the top of the amateur ranking this year (top three) also have points for a full season (8 races) in the pro ranking?? Thanks all... was a very good racing day... although in spite of the "jam" format we had wanted to do, we didn't take that many more runs than normal (3 or 4 for some...) with a little more serious and attention from everyone, I'm sure we could have done a lot more... We're still using pens and pape...

Can you just make sure that there are handles on the top of the ramp to hold on to, and something at the back to stop the board from falling off... i'm kind of scared of heights... :(
Other than that, the height and angle looks cool... reminds me of the ramps in latvia... :)

I'm pretty sure last year was 2m for pros and 2m20 for ams Sorry guys, that's the way it is, Vincent prefers wide gates... j/k No, seriously, I will peronally see to it that the tight and the special courses be tighter this year for the pros... :niark: We'll have to talk about it amongst ourselves.....

Back to the subject of Camber. If you construction 2 decks using the same materials & quatities - one with camber and one without camber - the camber board would be the stiffest of the two. The organisers had jut finished making both ramps the morning of the competition. They had planned on doubling the sheets but ran out of time so there was only one sheet of plywood (5 or 6 mm).
If you were heavy enough they would go "crack" when you went down :) ... amusing until the ramp broke... :(
