These are the currently used rank classes used in the World Ranking. They correspond very much to the existing discipline classes. Only the Total and Total Junior classes are different since they could be seen more as a total of several other rank classes.
Total : All rank classes included
Legends : Age 45-
Pro : Class for racers competing as Pro
Am : Class for racers competing as Am
Total Jun: All junior rank classes + juniors competing in Am class
-17 : Age 15-17
-14 : Age 12-14
-11 : Age up to 11
These classes are divided into Male and Female. Females are allowed to compete in Male classes so the Male class is theoretically an Open class. Juniors can also enter classes above their age. Note that this means that the same person can exist in multiple rank classes. Especially true for juniors and women that can exist in three or more classes.
