There are seven candidates to fill three positions as EU status marshals for 2011:
- Rob Ashby, UK
- Donald Campbell, GER
- Gustavs Gailitis, LAT
- Ricardo Damborenea, ESP
- Petr Janousek, CZ
- Guillaume St Criq, FRA
- Petr Pletanek, GER
The duty of these guys will be to review race applications and award race statuses to individual races in a fair and timely manner. The position is valid for one year (all of the races in 2011).
Instructions:I will set up SEVEN different election topics and you are invited to vote in THREE of them. Please don't vote more than that as that may skew, or completely invalidate the results.
(This is not a foolproof election, but we'll give it a try anyway).
The elections are open for 7 days until Nov 12, noon (Central Europen time).
Thank you!
/Jani

Please let me briefly introduce my self.
My name is Peter Pletanek I'm born 1962 in Czech Republic and I'm living since 1980 in Munich/Germany an have the german nationality.
I started skateboarding in the middle of seventies. After longer break, I started again riding the board at the end of last century.
I have two children (10 and 12 years jung) and one wife
If you vote me for the European Status Marshall 2011, I think, I will do my job better then the Euro Marschals 2010 (I know, this is not very strong target )
And also, I want do my job neutrally with the pure focus on slalomskateboarding.
I am more less every day online (WWW) except family holidays, races etc., and therefor so far up to date regarding ISSA activities.
Since middle of 2010 I am also already responsible "supervisor" for the ISSA contest calendar (european section)
here, also some couple of pictures from my personal skateboard history

Latest sk8 pics and activities from me and my sk8 friends can you find also on facebook (who likes)
