Radikal service...???

Post by Heiko Schöller » Mon Feb 20, 2006 10:36 pm

Dear Mark, Jack and Keith

Only that all don´t forget it. I paid in May 2005 nearly 800$ to Radikal and till today I did not receive anything. I want a decision now when I receive my money back.

Thank´s Keith for your email two weeks ago. I waited now again one week for a feedback but....

You have my cc guys sent the money back and we are all happy.

Best regards from Germany

Heiko,
I talked to Mark this past weekend. He said that somehow your paper work was lost and thought you had been taken care of. He is working on getting your refund to you.

I'd be curious to know who has received any orders lately. Or maybe there's been an interruption in production, like last year when they were refining the king pin. Let's try to find out.

They're fine trucks, although expensive, but until something replaces them, there's a need for them.

Jack, what status info can you give us?

I understand there has been a hold up in production of axles not trucks. The titanium rod used is hard to come by quickly.

Radikal axles

Post by Jack Smith » Mon Mar 27, 2006 8:40 am

Sparky, the fellow who actually builds the Radikal Trucks just moved into a new factory, the machines are leveled and ready to run. Five thousand ponds of material were arriving last week. Slalom and downhill axles are being manufactured,as are Talon hangers.

Heiko, I have sent you a PM.

Jack

Radikal sales in Europe

We import, distribute and sell Radikals, but we haven't received any trucks for a long time. We have customers waiting for the next shipment. If you want a truck and don't want the hassle, we can take care of the hassle for you. However we can't guarantee delivery times (as you can see from the above discussion).

For advice on the product contact Etienne AT debary.nom.fr
For pricing etc see www.ConeRacing.com

Sorry, we have virtually no stock at all. At least no front trucks or axles. We're waiting just like everybody else. But at least we have a front position in the queue. :-)

Rolf,
What email did you use. Jack at radikaljack@yahoo.com and my Keith@KeithHollien.com are the two e-mails to use. Jack does all of the Radikal customer service, but I also try to help any way I can. Jack is very good about answering e-mails. Feel free to contact me if you continue to have problems. Jack is right we do have plenty of trucks and axles are being made.

Jani, last years delay was we also ran out of axles.

I think for anybody to say Radikal is rippping off anybody is a very big mistake. Mark McCree has put hundreds of thousands of dollars into slalom skateboarding in the last few years and has not made a dime. Heiko's problem(and many other people) stems directly from a fired employee. We had no idea how badly that one person messed things up until after they were fired. I personally could not believe that one person could get so many orders wrong. Most of the problems have been taken care of, but Heiko's was one of the bigger mistake. It will be taken care.

Keith, Teams Radikal.

to keith,jack,mark

the problem with heiko is,that he is waiting to get a reimbursement for almost 1 year now.
he spoke with you,keith,jack-you promised to take care of the situation.
that has been a few months ago and i remember correctly!!!

heiko is one of the nicest guys around i know he kept his mouth shut for a VERY long time.

i am not trying to tell ANYBODY here the he messed up or whatever.

i DO have high respect for the three persons mentioned above and i WANT you to solve this problem immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i also think that more than the reimbursement is due, maybe i don't even have to say that.
other guys should ABSOLUTELY stay out of this discussion.you are all destroying this thread and it is absolutely uninteresting who has or who has not or who wants or who wants not.

be fair and stay away from this topic.
if you want to buy or sell trucks, parts, whatever from radikal, start your own topic or contact a salesperson, jack is more than qualified to help you on any question regarding the trucks.

jack,mark,keith:take this as a friendly reminder-nothing else.
i'm stepping in for a VERY GOOD FRIEND,no shit slinging, nothing but friendship.
sometimes friends need to talk open about problems and get them solved ASAP.

heiko deserves the speediest of treatments one can get,he was silent long enough.

as it seems the lovely miss kitty-or whatever her name was-seems also to be the one responsible for the dispute/misunderstanding me and mark had, what a drag!!!

I replied.

As my post says we sell the parts at the same price as Radikal in the US. If someone wants parts, that are in stock then obviousely its good to give them a choice.

I feel for Heiko, BUT, there was a query about truck parts available now.

You have Jacks phone number. Call him. Dont tell me where I can post thanks. If you have a beef, ask the ADMINISTRATOR to move the post to a seperate thread. If you dont expect threads to have lives of their own then deal with it yourself.

As I say, call Jack. Sort it out.

what are you referring to,michael?
what?
what does this thread have as a header?
who posted here with his concern about his money?
it was not you,it was not rolf(whoever that is).
as i remember it was heiko with a very specific question to a very specific problem.
this problem does not refer to as radikal is still in business or who has what to sell.

so,as it is,or as it should be,anybody else should stay away from this special topic that heiko has created.

don't you think so too,michael?

i have no beef with anybody here, does it look like i have?

i don't think so

As I said...threads have lives of their own.

So do I.

I have started another thread to deal with the SPECIFIC enquiry ROLF had.

Call Jack. I got trucks. I got parts. I have dealt with Jack. I did that by calling him, seeing him and dealing with him. Thats all the advice I can give you.

I have to say I like Heiko and have been very frustrated by the fact that it has taken so long to get him his money back. I have been talking to Heiko for to long about this. I talked to Mark again tonight and he was suprised again that Heiko had not been taken care of by now.

Donald, could you please e-mail your phone # to Keith@KeithHollien.com. I have a couple of questions.

Radikal?? Wha happen??

Post by SeanDawkins » Thu Mar 30, 2006 4:28 am

Well, I know it has been frustrating since the Huricanes in FLA and Wildfires/Mudslides and Earthquakes in SoCal.

I myself finally dumped my Radikal DH's after never having ridden then because I couldn't get the right axles for 6 months...

However, this seems like peculiar behavior on Mark and Jack's part with all of this Heiko $$/Delivery business in Europa...and seems like it's gotten a little outta hand.

Mark, Jack -- what gives bruddahs??

Radikal

Post by Jack Smith » Thu Mar 30, 2006 8:38 am

Just for clarification...

I handle the shipping of the orders, phone calls, email requests and sales. I also do some work on the web site. I do not have access to the financial side of things.

I have contacted the owners of Radikal about this situation. I have also sent a private message to Heiko in an effort to get this matter resolved.

Sparky is finally in a new manufacturing facility. The building he purchased after the earthquake turned out to be right over an enviromental hazard. The CNC machines are in place, leveled and read to spew forth new Radikal products. Five thousand pounds of material was scheduled to arrive last week.

All the best,

I intended to do it, but didn't act fast enough. It would have been easy to sort out the "marketing posts" from above, but now it's all a mess, so I'll just leave it.

I hope Heiko's refund is quickly solved.

Jack is Back...hopefully

Post by Jack Smith » Sun Apr 09, 2006 11:06 pm

Hello all,

To those of you who are awaiting returned emails, phone calls and/or shipments, I'm hoping to be back up to speed by Monday. I got nailed by the gnarliest flu bug I have ever experienced. Must have picked up from one of kids I coach in pole vaulting at Morro bay High School. Over 120 kids at the school were hit with it.

Thanks for your patience.

All the best,

At the Bahne website there is this page:
http://bahne-skateboards.com/slalomtrucks.html
Which links to this page:
http://bahne-skateboards.com/dragonsclaw.html
which has an "order" button at the bottom

That's where I got my Radikal. It shipped fast too.

There is also this page:
http://bahne-skateboards.com/info.html
which yields this phone number and email:
805-462-2712
jack@bahneskateboards.com

My experience has been that Jack always calls back. Try him.

I know that we have plenty of trucks, but the problem is no axles. Mike is making axles. I am not sure when they will be done.

Jack and I will be in Miss. this weekend for the Luna Slalom Jam.
