1st - 3rd Women's SlalomCross

Day 2 - Slalom - 5 podium sweeps for 3dm wheels:
1st - 3rd - Pro Slalom
1st - 3rd - Men's Open Slalom
1st - 3rd - Women's Slalom
1st - 3rd - Junior Girl's Slalom
1st - 3rd - Junior Boy's Slalom

Day 3 - Tight Slalom - 4 2/3 podium sweeps for 3dm wheels:

1st - 2nd - Pro Slalom
1st - 3rd - Men's Open Slalom
1st - 3rd - Women's Slalom
1st - 3rd - Junior Girl's Slalom
1st - 3rd - Junior Boy's Slalom

In total, we completed the weekend with 13 World Championship wins (out of 13 events), and 38 out of 39 podium places with riders on 3dm wheels.

A special thanks from the 3 dragons and a monkey to all of the riders who chose our products and represented them so well. Also, we're grateful to FCR and Jack Smith for their great effort in organizing a fantastic event.

That's what I call World Domination!

...hmm, maybe we'll have to file a lawsuit against 3dm (kind of like the Microsoft ones). Can we really allow anyone to dominate like that? Isn't that close to a monopoly?

Great though. You deserve it Howard! Keep the good products coming.

Hey, look at that jacket. I didn't get that by looking at the Cross all day long. Just the kind of thing I would need. Where do you get hold of those? Would do fine for all slalom events including the tight ones. A fall is a fall and hurts whether its in cross or in tight.

Leathers

Post by Tod Oles » Mon Oct 27, 2003 4:30 pm

Hans

"Fieldsheer" is a motorcycle garment company that sells all sorts of styles in jackets w/ body armour. Mine has hard cup shoulder pads, forearm pads and a soft back plate all field tested by me personally whilst I packed my GSX-R Suzuki 1100 under a line truck a few years back. And the jackets are relatively thrifty as leathers go. Not so the bike however... nor Lauren's jacket I suspect.

Lauren's jacket

Post by Howard Gordon » Tue Oct 28, 2003 2:56 am

Actually, Lauren's jacket is a "Joe Rocket", which we found at a local motorcycle shop. It's very light, with a combination of leather and nylon mesh, plus pretty good armor.

Howard,

My post does read as though I knew what kind of jacket she's wearing,
I didn't.

But, I bet I know what kind of wheels she's got! Great picture!

My best to you and yours, Tod
