Nice giant on the famous Garoupe hill. About 30 rider were here, but only 16 in the start. As usualy La Garoupe is too fast for beginer and too technical for the no slalomer racer. So experience and technic was the solution.

2 years within practice for me. Training make me doubt I can do it. I made the choice of big fast wheels and adopt a very clean style with clean movment as in snowboard. It was a good choice even if I kick 2 cônes I still have enought advance on Cristopher Dupont with his very agressiv style who do it without penality. Very polyvalent Guillaume Coquin complete the podium.

Here are the results

It's what I'm going to do for next contest. But basicly this Newrider Tour was just a serie of local events to promote and wake up the longskate (and slalom) on the french riviera and for me the possibility to find newcomer to sponsorise with my shop. At the first race; An outlaw downhill by night in february, we were 30 to races and more than 50 riders move on the event. For the next slalom I'm surprise to see so much local people and I think now I can communicate on this event which is growing month after month.

No doubt after this very busy week-end I add a lot of pictures and all the results.
