To Keith Hollein at the Dixie Cup.
Keith, I am blown away by the level of service I received this weekend. I brought out a stripped baseplate and Keith FOUND an oven somehow in the hotel and baked the darn thing, turned out the old insert, put in a new one and returned it with a new kingpin.
Class act all the way. Things like that really go along way with me. Thanks again.
