[2010] GS Racing - Central Cal April 10-11

Post by Maria Carrasco » Sun Dec 27, 2009 6:13 pm

Sk8Kings and Jonny Miller are planning a two-day race event in San Luis Obispo. Details are coming -- and mainly hinge on the venue we can secure. It will either be at Turri Road or other local terrain if a deal can be worked out with private owners. Goal is for big fast GS for sure and the rest will be decided once the venue is final.

Dates are April 10-11 2010
San Luis Obispo, California

It will not be an outlaw event and we will be submitting an application for ranking ASAP.

Jonny usually hosts an annual April Fool's Jam at Toyland so this year we joined forces to kick it up for some serious but fun racing. More details to come but we want to get the dates out there now.

Maria,

My only question is if it's monster ramp only or a choice between that and the regular ramp?

Wesley -- We should have options for the ramp start -- Monster and mid

Joe -- Jonny is already talking with Fluitt about insurance -- thanks!

Will post more as soon as we can.

You want WHAT? Thunderdome insurance? What the heck is that? Sir, we don't insure imaginary structures.

Oh, I assure you it is very real, and very dangerous, now please write me a policy so I can get back to my skateboarding.
