[2005] World Championships - Overall Champion rules

Points will be awarded in Super G, Slalom and Tight Slalom.

1st = 1 point
2nd = 2 points
3rd = 3 points
and so on down the line.

Lowest point total wins the overall.

In case of a tie for 1st place Overall, the following tie breaker will be used:

The sum of the tied racers:
Best Super G time
Best Qualifying time in slalom
Best Qualifying time in tight slalom

The lowest total time wins.

Note:
In dual racing placings will be as follows:
1st
2nd
3rd
4th
Equal 5th
Equal 9th
Equal 17th
