Er...won't they jack up air fares etc? They always try to rip people off in Olympic years. Unless you hold it up here in the North East, no one wants to come here!

Yup. I once switched on the telly to see the 'Great North Run' and thought it was a news item on Geordies heading south.

Do we have to book our hotel rooms now?? :-) ...and the flights! In an Olympic year it is incredibly expensive.....everything!
