[2007] Sudiste slalom skate series

Post by Pierre Samray » Fri Oct 19, 2007 2:07 pm

Sunday November 18th
We organize an outlaw race in Antibes.
Name will be something as "Sudiste slalom skate series" "SSSS"
To carry the slalom scene from the French riviera.

Giant on the morning
then
Hybrid or tight in the afternoon

Previous : an old school session as high jump or 360° demo.

just want to have it as a basic status.

Thank to add it in the schedule

Pierre

Oups! I just forget to precise that Antibes is in France (French riviera) (between Nice and Cannes)
But everybody practising slalom skate knows that for sure :-)

Nice Pierre,

So in the end "Antibes" is still on, even if it is in a smaller scale than before... I'll talk to Shrek and Nina and the guys from Marseille. Have to check if Langlade is intrested too.
Could we have a downhill freeride or something else as nice on Saturday?
Any suggestions on not so expensive hotels ? (If that even exists in Antibes/Juan les Pins???).

See you soon,

La famille Pogo

PS I have the equipment for high jump if you want me to bring it

I changed the status of this post from "Annoucement" to "Normal". Single-contest anouncements should be "Normal" to distinguish from the overall 2007 schedule which has "Announcement" status.

Ed note: I set the status to announcement, which I always do for events in the Europe forum, only this one wasn't in the Europe forum. I have now moved it there. /Jani

Ok Pat, Thank you!

As I say . It's not an official race (no autorisation) so far from the world cup we used to organise since long years. Just something to move the Antibes slalom scene which was dying.
And it's work! Already 10 riders expect to come only from the nearest city.
About the possibility of a free session. I ask to Guigui if he want to have a look with this. Because I 'm working on sathursday.
About hotel : Formule 1 is still the cheapest we can find in Antibes and it's about 3 km from the slalom place. (place we have during the world cup is closed in automn, winter).

You will probably receive prime status whether you like it or not.

Anyway the status Peter. Let's have fun!

Michel if time enough we probably put straight and special. (not hybrid)
Nice to see you...bring the Shrek with you.
I'll put a topic on riderz by this way we can speak about that in French.
