What needs to be changed ?

Event Application Process

To apply to join the European Skateboard Tour, event organizers are invited to submit a presentation of their event specific to either a one, two, three or four star tier. The application will then be reviewed by the ESRT Board. A response will be given with an accepted Star tier based on the event document information.

This presentation should clearly outline all relevant information about the event Using the 'Star System Guidelines' as a base measure to determine the relevant Star tier accreditation a response will be given.

Important Note: The 'Star System Guidelines' will be used by the ESRT Board as a reference to evaluate events taking the following into account:

• Failure for an event to be able adhere to a single 'x' on the 'Star System Guidelines' will not exclude an event from successfully applying to its desired star level.

• Failure for an event to be able adhere to several guidelines would likely compromise an application .

Additional factors that will weight the ESRT Board response:

• Previous association with ESRT European Skateboard Racing Tour.

• Longevity or history of the event.

• Previous media output (TV / video product, magazine, web)

• International / national recognition.

• Perceived professionalism of organizers

• Rider feedback
