it was great no more than great to see support from our FRIENDS in france, switzerland, germany, england.
to each and everbody THANKS FOR COMING

the first location was too unsure since the weather turned out to be sketchy, bummer.
the flat location in leverkusen was ok for everybody and we all could watch the rain pass us by-perfect

we had some good prizes to give away from our sponsors adio, carhartt, octane sports, concrete wave, and pavel.
i think everybody went home with something in his hands which is good so.
the first pros also received prize money-which is good so too
joe leonhard helped out with the timing BIG THANKS
all in all it was a good and fun event, the bowl was hot on saturday too
hey....

Thank you Donald for a great Sunday of skateboarding. It was great to change the location, good decision.

The turnout was amazing and everyone had a good time I think.

The skating level is still on the rise as we all could witness.

Things are looking good for 2006.

Thanks Donald and crew for a fantastic race yesterday.
The 2nd location was ok for everyone and fully suitable for a season opener.

My new Pavel deck worked very well for me as I got even faster during the race!

See you soon,

YOYO

How can Baumann be first if he has the time 11.30? Heiko and Ramón has 11.25.

Where is the error? The time or the place?

These times that are listed here are each the individual best time of the day. I know it doesn't make any sence but it puts me into a better appearance :-D

all of the final results are absolutely correct, absolutely.
everybody who was there could witness how determined and accurate i was on that.
ramon pointed out which way i went in the final list,my fault not to say it up front.thanks,ramon.
you got me on the april-joke man......
i'll return the favor sooner or later.
1:0 for ramon.

The times are without the cones!!!!!!!!!!!!

Posted: Mon Apr 03, 2006 8:32 pm
by Patrick Allan
I think Dominik and I both did better times than that in the qualification runs...

errrghh urrgghh aaarrghhh
me have time and then you have time
i could take my time and post the whole encyclopedia with all runs all results
i don't do that
i'm too lazy
the final scores are the ones that count
pro-class has been done by me alone
i have all the results from all the runs
the final standings are absolutely correct
ramon had the chance to monitor what i did then and he's not complaining-he knows everything has been done allrighty
so don't feed the ones that are trying to find mistakes,no vague assumptions about times with or without cones nothing
i don't want to write all the stuff down here
it's the final results that's it anything else will add confusion and create unnecessary questions and stuff

pullleeeezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Hmmm....Well, it was you causing the confusion ;)
Just put a + behind the times and add the number of the cones, than it should be clear....

Anyway the results are correct. There were no certain errors or incorrect timings.
At one point it was very shaky as I was racing against Kaliber "Brat Maxe". After he DQ his first run and I DQ the second run it was a hundred of a second that first I was faster but after a second check it was the exact opposite, even though I was like a second faster in the first run than he was in the second one. I didn´t get the DQ regulation either...but I don´t want to discuss unimportant thinks now.

It was a all in all a super race(not to mention the gnarly pool session the day before). It was fast and fair, and I think I was not the only one who went home with a heavy back of goodies. Thanks Donald and Heiko!

It was great to meet everybody. Big smile to the Frenchies. I See you all soon. Damn, I had a lot of fun.... and that´s the way it should be on the raceside :)

Oki Doke,
see ya at the race!

blabla

It was just a nice Session. Start to look less serious at the entire thing. "It's not the Race that matters, it's the community" (A quote sourced somewhere in the Swiss scene...)

Times and placings are correct. I could have told without a stopwatch that Mr. Baumann was the fastest.

But Don, a riders meeting before the race, better before practice, could do wonders. I mean it wouldn´t be so bad to know how many runs we have, how much cone penalty is, what you get for a DQ or shooting your opponent dead, if it will be a head to head or not, whare the cuts are..............so on. Think about that.

Oh yeah, did I mention that I had fun? I think I did...........

...... The number of racers who would be qualified in AM ?

Posted: Tue Apr 04, 2006 10:23 am
by Donald Campbell
hey chris
if we would have done the race on the first location, this would also have included a meeting.that was planned and scheduled for 12.00 pm.
the weather made it possible a:not to have a meeting b:not to do a 16cut for ams due to the time delay.
all in all we managed the situation pretty good and i don't see any neg comments about the event, which makes me happy.

by Chris Eggers
This is not a negative comment, not at all. It was a great event.

I just never knew how often I had to race.

Just a hint for the next time. As long as we don´t have a regulation for each and every race. I know, I am "complaining" ( I don´t) afterwards but I did not want to stänker during the race. You had enough work already.
Once again, I had fun.............. lots of.

i know that you didn't complain hehehe

it's all good.
