We would like to welcome you to the famous Burning Wheels Skateboarder-X in Bern on saturday 27 of August!

Burning Wheels events has a long history. This year the association BWT organises together with Indiana skateboards and the Boarder’s Point store the Burning Wheels Skateboarder-X in Bern on Klösterlistutz on Saturday August 27.
Slalom boarders, longboarders as well as streetskaters are welcomed. On the steep course with slopes, double bumps and steep slope curves, two opponents skate against each other in a K.O. system.
Helmet is mandatory. Protective gear is recommended! Insurance is matter of the participants; the organizer refuses to take any responsibility! For information regarding weather: call +41 (0)79 719 70 61

Juniors (up to 14 years), Women, Men Skyhooks and Men

Inscription on site: Starting fee 30 CHF/20 euros, Juniors 20 CHF/12 euros

Prizes
There are great prizes to win sponsored by Da Kine, CP-Eyewear, Alprausch, SKF and Indiana. This year there is as well some nice money to win, over 1000 €. But don’t get too serious and competitive about it!
The top three riders in the categories Women, Men and Men Skyhooks share the prize money as follows:

1st place 100 € 2ndplace 75 € 3rd place 50 €

Men skyhooks:
1st place 200 € 2ndplace 125 € 3rd place 75 €

1st place 200 € 2ndplace 125 € 3rd place 75 €

Bern/Klösterlistutz near Bärengraben, Directions by public transportation: From Bern main station Bus Nr. 12 to Bärengraben; by car: freeway exit Bern-Wankdorf, then direction center to Bärengraben

Training and enrolment 12 PM, Rider’s meeting 1.50 PM
Qualification 2 PM, Finals 4.30 PM, Snicker’s Kicker Contest and Prizeceremony 6.30 PM
Side events: Food and Drinks, DJ Esik & Guest, MCs Swan Lee & Frankie B, BMX-Shows, free testcenter by Boarder’s Point and Indiana
