There are some very nice gloves made for inline skaters out there that can be easily fitted with sliding blocks. they are comfortable and well made, as well as have good support for the wrist; have found them in full finger and half finger styles..

Someone needs to start making gloves just like it. The padded palm and elastic velcro wrist provided the perfect ammount of protection.

Alan, Is it possible to get the Poly-Tipped Kevlar Glove with built in pads or slide-gear? Looking for something similar to my old worn out Rector Palm Padded gloves.

u shoud use slide gloves! they can save your body.

What kind of gloves are these?

Maybe you can give us a e-mail or web address so that others will know which gloves you are talking about.

I don't use slide gloves, yet...

I am a happy user of the slide gears, they work perfect for slalom.
the detachable puck its an easy process to do it and won't make you loose your concentration after the start.

Best part is that they are light and they can be customized with decals, paint or whatever you have in mind.
