That is an AWESOME design! Never thought of doing anything like that... Time for me to break out some tools.

This is my new prototype toe block.IT'specially for GS slalom board when you nead have a front foot a little back then a regular position.

Eric, those are effective designs(love the curvature and adjustability!), but I'd caution you on the obvious flaw; There are many sharp edges sticking up + out. Having seen Micheal Dong get a gash of some 18 or 19 stitches from a far less-obtrusive design, I can only say 'good luck', and don't Fall on one of these.
