Sanctions and Alternate Equipment Requirements

We may want to consider requiring events of a higher status to maintain backup timing and perhaps other important systems (laptops, software, etc.) for race days. When I think about the dollars spent and the care and prep that goes into these events (i.e. Sizzler - which rocked) the last thing the competitors and the organizers need is angst over rather critical systems.

There may be times when you do not have a Telecom pro like Borto and Engineers like Fluitt and Kramer on site to re-wire stuff to spec.

Wes may have already opened discussions on this but thought I would lay-up a post for feedback.
