For the money, I'd go with the Keith Hollien from Static boards for pure Slalom. The wooden Pavel looks like it'd work, but isn't an optimum shape for running cones. The optimum shape is, of course, the "S" Camber!
BTW, good looking truck selection, and nice wheels, too! This store is obviously run by gearheads who love Slalom!

Boyd, obviously we haven't met, but I'm glad to hear you are ready to start skating again. I don't know anything about the availability of slalom gear in the Netherlands, but I'm sure some of the forum's European riders can suggest a good source.
Based on personal experience, though, it's hard to go wrong with a complete setup from Sk8kings (Axe) or Pocket Pistols. The new line of wood Pavels also look nice and should be less expensive too.
Welcome back!

Hey, i dont think allot of people remember me but i have been on the forums a while nearly a year ago.
im back after some problems i had in life i whas forced to quit my passion of longboarding and slalom skate due sickness and other problems, now im back i wanna make a fresh new start with a brand new slalom set-up.
i whas just wondering if anny 1 here on the forums could advice a board for me.
im a casual slalom rider that only rides on days of, thats why im looking for a good but not to expensive new board.
thanks in advance.
