how does a 16 get sponserd what do they have to show if made a video what should be on it and what would be some good companys to start at. do sponsers come to the slalomer or do we go to them

In slalom sponsorship comes with WINNING. A video show what you look like when you skate and that's delightful, but if you want a manufacturer to pick you up and do something for you, then you have to do something for the manufacturer: mainly, take the product to the podium. It's kind of simple.

EDIT: I would say, as a young well riding slalomskater you don't have to wait for ages until you get a sponsor...

Just kidding- first you have to get good mostly by skating with others. Why not come and skate with some people in Gloucester?
