experienced organizers:
i already asked j-rad and chris hart if they were interested in co-operating during that event, ramon.
klaas and arne from boardstein mag will host/co-moderate the deathrace at the park.
they are VERY experienced in doing that.
people who are famliar with a tv-show in europe called YOZ will know which tv-channnel will be present during the whole event.
i already have big interest in that race from the non-slalom/vert scene.
things look positive.
it's time to bring the worlds to europe.

the time is now

wait till you see the racetracks.

remember:i did not open my bag completely yet,so bring it on.

It will be great if World Slalom Championship next year will be in Europe Gruningen, HannoverA, Antibes or other place. For latvians and russians important accommodation for reasonable price.
Latvian Skateboard federation are planning biggest slalom event in beginning of July. Probably in Jurmala special and parallel and giant slalom in Sigulda (not so far to Riga). This event will be a candidate to European Championship 2006.
We will discus about best dates in Latvia Open championship in 17th of September.
First announcement will be in WWW.skateboardinfo.lv

Worlds 06

I think Jack is already resigned to the idea of the Worlds being held in Europe next year (2006), not Morro Bay so that's cool of him, but it's important that you guys pick a city and a date SOON so that we Americans can plan around that. Our U.S. Nationals will likely be in late August in Colorado but we're flexible for a couple of more months. Ideally our nationals will be 4-5 weeks before to the Worlds. So please find a date and stick to it. The venue is less important than the date at this point. Antibes, Brix, wherever, it's all the same to us. The sooner you lock this down, the more of all of us that will be there, Euro and Yank.

As I see it we have three candidates.
Gruningen
Brixxx
Antibes.

Personally I just want it late in the year, but I´m only one voice of hundreds.
The prescence of all top racers is important so it should not collide with any other BIG event.

I just wanna race…
