Where are Vlad and Gilmour?
Have not heard anything from these East Coasters recently...since before Christmas even... I hope they weren't vacationing in Thailand over the break....

I'm around- just finishing up with some Doctor stuff- not as much time as I usually have.
It's snowboard season- so I've been doing clinics for snowboard racers and carvers.

People miss and look for you...makes you feel special...
I injured my ankle multiple times, and it's been over a month of passive recovery without any sports activity. If it doesn't heal within a day or two, I'll never catch Luca and will probably have my foot amputated...coz what is it good for if I can't skate fast?
Also considering purchasing a self-remedy in case of prologed failure. Debating a Desert Eagle and a 45 blackpowder Magnum. Please advice for this dilemma's driving me nuts.

к john.

slower than a gun, faster than vodka
Hey Paul - Yeh, English to Russian via bablefish must have been funny enough, much less back to English again.
What can I say? Vlad was asking for advice with his "dilemma". I was suggesting that rather than rushing to conclusions with a gun, he could head out to the land of pink stucco and spend a week or two sitting out in a field dying of exposure. Very few have died that way and lived to tell about it. Think of the great exposure for our niche sport: "Russian Rocket Bids Goodbye to Cruel World, Sits down in Mud."
...or maybe Vlad could learn to skate on one foot like Jim Korten.

Truly great Ts racers never retire (look at Evans....still winning) Vlad will be back and faster than ever....might take a bit though.
BTW Vlad go to a health food/suppliment place and buy some arnica pills and arnica gel for your ankle.
