Besides a team you seem to have your own Magazine.

The motto, although in Dutch is:
Ever tried it?
Ever failed?
Doesn't matter.
Fail again.
Fail better.

Think I'll adapt this for my own skateboarding perfomance....

Great find Cyril. Was it tucked behind 'Euroboy', Sams magzine of choice?

We already have a magazine:

Conehead Cup Rd 1 & 2

Just competed in CHC1 & 2. Didn't do so well in the ditch race, I think I should have ridden a park board rather than a modified DH board, Anyways I got a time, which is my first completed run in a ditch race. Had one crash which left some of my skin in the ditch.
Round 2 was head to head slalom, managed a half decent 24th in qualifiying and ended up 25th. Learnt a lot from the weekend, like I need more practice, need to be fitter and not so fat, and not to take more than one slalom board racing, it is too easy to get distracted with set ups. My 84, 89 caused a few problems, I think it was too cold for the 89 front and I had a fair few front end slides, scary as. The rear was OK as long as I kept plenty of pressure on it but this detracted from pump. I ran my normal 80 86 and it worked well, I believe I ran a good clean run in my second race, around the 16 s mark but was penalised 1 cone, i think i hit my competitors cone into one of mine but that is racing. I backed off a bit as he was spraying cones everywhere and just stayed close enough and clean for a win, the one cone penalty had me lose by a very tight margin.
The Vite worked very well, I maybe had it a little over bushed, being a fat bastard, but it responded well and felt sure footed. Can't praise it enough really, lots of interest from other racers and quite a few comments like shiney and weird and boy that's different. Hopefully a few will follow up and check out the Octane website.

Hopefully all the team members have received their Vice foot blocks.

We are making more as fast as we can.

Nice wheels, though I just dont get why Abec 11 do those deals with Silverfish....makes no sense to me, just aliantates potential retailers and one reason why we dont advertise with Silverfish...why pay to support your competitors?!

Anyway, well done to Sam Gordon on his second place in the Hybrid on Sunday, Rob for winning the B group Hybrid. Me (if I can do that!) for 2nd in the Hybrid Saturday, and Ernst for winning a Vite for the overall title. I honestly don't remember what trucks he was using, but maybe we'll convert him?

Philip, can you make sure your results get posted here somewhere, or just supply a link so that we can pick up your local results?

Thanks!
