Hi Everyone,
There is a Community Fair at City Park next Saturday and Destination Sports have been asked to do some kind of skate demo. They have been told that a section of concrete is needed (don't know who by!), but there are plenty of bike paths around there...Who knows, maybe we could run a course RIGHT NEXT TO THE SKATEPARK!!!!! That would get some interest!

http://www.parkcityinfo.com/events/calendar/all.asp
"6/10 Park City Community Fair: Presented by Park City Recreation. 10 am to 1 pm. Local recreation vendors will provide information on health and fitness, bike and running events, trail information, children's camps and summer events. Free and open to the public. Call 435-615-5418 for more info."

Anyone who is interested let me know. I would love to get a few of us there and if we can muster a few spare boards, pads, helmets etc maybe some folks could have a go?

yep

A mega session guys, well done to those who came...We had lots of young kids try slalom and leave wanting to buy boards. They said it was way more fun than street boards!
I ached the next day...I forgot how hard flatland pumping can be.
Which leads us to "Change of venue..." see topic!

demo day

Right on Chris! It was fun to go back to our "roots" and skate flats. I for one need to practice my pumping skills. It was a great day and hopefully we got a few people interested. Martin sure knows how to put on a show! He doesn't need a hill to go fast! I took a few pictures and video but I don't know how to post them. If anyone can give me a clue!?

Thurday night Martin? name the spot.
