new trucks which will change a lot, soon to happen

Post by Donald Campbell » Sun Mar 05, 2006 8:06 pm

i want to start this as a teaser and i also want to say that the truck i am talking about is one of the most simple and effective innovations i have seen in my whole life.

a close friend of mine, frank beste, has been orking around on several truck projects during the last year.
all were amazing in result and effective too.he did everything we have seen on todays market.

during the last few weeks he has been doing a prototypehich is a simplified version of a radikal,of course with the necessary bearings.

today he showed me his improvement over a radikal,i have to say, that his invention is a definite improvement!!!!!

imagine a truck you can internally wedge to any angle you need, without changing the internal turningpoint .
everything is done itnh the baseplate.
changing the hanger to a different angle is done within a few secs.
this is the death of all angled risers-but that's just a side-effect

i don't really want to stir the pot,but i want to share with you my amazement on what i have seen today as a prototype.

frank will try to complete his work and IF the trucks hold,i think you will see a few pavel-guys charging the courses with something really innovative and revolutionary, this season.

Any chance we might see some prototypes in Paris?

Frank needs to cnc the hangers, the new (killer!!!!) baseplate was there as a model yesterday.
The truck is turny as hell (from checking the first proto i can say that), but also a stable rider. Paris should be the first possibility.
That stuff is really amazing, I just had to comment about what I saw yesterday as an improvement over the first truck he did.

Sounds Great Donald, I'm sure many people are looking forward to the results of the finished products.
