Saturday May 13th. Session (Full Moon)

50 cones just came in (not my ghetto cones, Seismics). Got some other gear for the loaner board too.

60% chance of rain Saturday, full moon, mid fifties. Can you ask for better conditions? I'm skating north of the field museum >3PM, bring your speed skates...

Have a happy! Nice, B'day one Mother's day the next. Evening rides would work let's make it a plan. Taking the boy (my son Maxx) skating Sat, he's hooked on S L A L O M. Hmmm, seemed to happen all of a sudden! I gave him my Quicksilver 90Kg to learn on. Will setup where we left off Saturday.

Stephen,
give me a call when you are on your way here. 773-330-6483, if it's raining I'm up for a beer or two.

Great session. Got some decent video, got the youngins out for a skate (first time Chris Lavin skated Blades slalom), forgot my own deck at home, and froze my ass off. What's with the weather in Chitown?? It was not wet though which was real good.

Novatny, high five on the loaner board foot placement ideas - made a huge difference. The board you guys lent me (along with some emergency busings) is nice, very nice. We set it up upon realizing I forgot my deck (see the vid). My Sperrys cut a hole in my ankle today but let's remember; pain is temporary. Had a blast! Thanks for coming out to skate!
