ISSA Announces Changes To The World Ranking for 2010

I'm not going to double post the release that went out today. Instead, here's a link to the topic in the contest sanction discussion:

We released a five-point memo on the changes to both the contest sanctioning process AND changes to how the ISSA will manage the World Ranking. If I double-post the release we'll have conversations going in different directions and no one will be able to keep up.
If there is a specific element of the changes you would like to discuss regarding the World Ranking and think it would be most appropriate in this forum, just QUOTE the section, copy it and then bring to this topic and paste it in a response window.
Let's do try and keep things organized around the website.
