Hi,
I will be in Tokyo 5-10 Feb 2007. Currently I am in Niseko. Anyone skating now or is it too cold? Cheers

Dear Paul,
I lived near Tokyo for two years. I guess you should be able to skate around noon because there is a huge temperature gradient between early morning and the evening. I remember being playing tennis in shorts at noon and looking snowing at 7 o'clock pm....
So enjoy it!
