Bearing spacers for Kryp C-62s?

Post by john scott » Thu Apr 19, 2007 11:15 pm

What size spacers are needed for Kryp C-62s? I put 10mm in them and they have a slight bit of play, not 2mm of play... so it seems that going down to 8mm would be incorrect as well.
I thought about getting out the file but thought I would ask first. Thanks in advance!

C-62's

The "C-62" Slalom wheel (looks a lot like a Cambria) takes a 10mm spacer.
I know, because I've been running them since they came out in '78.

However, c-62 Also is used for newer Kryptos, which are actually based on Quad skate wheels from '80 or so, and many of those (not all; White cores will likely be 10mm) take 8mm spacers. These look a bit like the Power Paws from a few years back, with a big angled/radiused front that's not shaped so much for grip, but rather for 'toe-ing over' when used on rollerskates.
