The wet season in Portland Oregon is approaching and I'm looking for some wheels that can keep me going on wet surfaces.

(See "Random Slalom Topics" -- "Practicing in the Rain" -- some discussion about whether this is a good idea or not)

Anyone have experience with any wet-specific wheels?

Anyone modifed wheels for wet surfaces?

How about those Xtreme Wheels for rain -- anyone tried them? http://www.xtremewheelz.com/

Try wakeboard slalom or water ski slalom in the rain---it's much better.

Hey Pat! I think we need to find a parking garage or abandoned warehouse and have a get-together ride ( the conditions may be too "outlaw" for timers and an actual race), I've got Cone Fever BAD!!! Stacy'll kill me if I keep up the 2 cone course in the kitchen and run into her kitchen table again. I've wondered about 3DM reds on gymnasium or linoleum/tile floors if we can find a gym or hallway long enough somewhere. I'll call you and Mitch if I find anything in my neck of the woods. Happy New Year! Paul H.
