Wedge pads - what are they good for?

Post by Jani Soderhall » Wed Sep 27, 2017 8:21 pm

Useful instructions from late 70's or early 80's. Still valid.

The regular slalomer will use the last option with the thin edges pointing forward, thus increasing steering in the front, and decreasing steering in the rear. More and more though the "right" geometry is built into the trucks with different front and rear trucks.

ps. Not sure about those pink labels with "centered", "forward" and "rearward" steering/weight center. Maybe they mixed up forward and rearward.
