Truck width????????
I have a 33.5 X 7.5 inch deck and some Grippins on order and i want to know what width RTS/x would be best.

Can you tell us what type of deck you have? That might help in the decision.
I might say you'd be fine with 105mm Tracker, or 101mm Indy's with that length and width. I really like the 101mm Indy as a front truck with a 1/4" taller kingpin and trimmed down Stimulator bushings (or Radikals). You could use different types front and back if you like. Like a 101 up front and a 105 RTX/S in the back.
Seems that most of the better slalomer’s are using narrower trucks than in the past. Down to 88mm or less even.
In fact, if you could afford, and your deck was good (this is very important too), I'd go with a Radikal up front and a Pocket Pistol or Airflow offset in the back. Hey if you drive a Enzo Ferrari around town on the streets do you think you'd like it? Heck with the 70s look, go for what is good now!

Thanks guys this is exactly the info i need as i havn't had a board since my bahne superflex of the 70's. The new deck is a SC8 MACADAM 1.5 inches of camber. Handcrafted french thing that you could hang on the wall. Its rated as hard and for 80kg but i am 83kg.
I'm sure I've heard mention of that deck somewhere. Is there a website that shows it?
That is a lot of camber for a 33" deck in the slalom world. But should be fun for around town.
Tim thinking about it more, you might be good with 105mm Seismic. With conventional trucks you'd need wedging and bushing to get the best out of them, but once you got conventional trucks tuned in you'd probaby be better off. With the Seismics it would be more plug and play for around town. Get a 45 degree baseplate up front and a 30 degree for the rear. And another thing is that I don't know if Grippins fit the 105mm Seismic. Get get some Avalon's.
