Being that a lot of the local racers will be at Luna, I also plan on running Trade Street on Sunday April 24th at 1pm till ? Tom has already RSVP'd for that one, so that makes two of us so far.

May I point out that it's about the last chance to run the hill and the actual course before the big hoedown starts Friday. Hey 66....Can you be there?

Also, and I have to give credit to Tom for this one, we will set another course on the short hill to practice for the tighter run expected on Saturday in downtown Athens. So you run down the big GS hill, coast up most of the short hill, run the tighter course and start again.

It cannot get better than that. Unless of course you get a ho to go down........ Remember, UGA ain't that far away.......

Could you post directions?

Pop Trade Street, Bogart Georgia into Mapquest and you get:

316 towards Winder/Athens

Take GA 10 East Towards Athens (left) You'll go up and make a righthand turn. Down the highway about 2.5 miles you'll see a Sams Club on the right, turn left at that light as it's Trade St. to the left / Jimmie Daniel to the right. Follow Trade St about a mile and turn right when you have to. There it is.

If you run Mapquest this will all make sense.

See you tomorrow 1pm. Look for a guy in a 1995 Green Saturn Wagon.

Wow, fun sesh today guys! Hate I had to bail when I did. The hill was feeling good despite the freakin' wind, and the company was good....

Yep, Marty's still got it....and Ron's a natural.

Ron - you must race next weekend!

Hey Ron,

I second Tom's opinion. Get off those big Kryptos and come race! Watching you move that 38 inch pintail through the GS course left no doubt on ability. Check out the Red Clay postings. Maria at Sk8Kings is offering to bring gear to the hill, sans shipping charges. Order a set up and go racing! There aren't many contests this close to you.......

See you Friday.....
