All the best skaters were there,in Turin on oct.2 2004 for the opening of the concrete skatepark moduled, presented by Italian Federation and the national and political members.

Also the Major of the Turin's council ,Chiamparino ,was there with his sport delegate dr. Montabone and the v-president of Olympic Games Turin 2006-

It was a very high level skateboarding mixed of flat slalom ran by Andrea Ferrero, top junior slalomer, freestyle showed by the Italian champion and several times in Munster too,Marco Vercelli, Sandro Ama' and Enzo Digregorio for vert and street.

Then we had two of the best bmx-bmt bycicle stunt riders Oliver Rege and Luca Gioiello(pro boardercross snowbrder too),a real jewel of wheel trix and air.

SKATEBOARDING and SLALOM showed with Luca GIAMMARCO when he got official honours for his glorious background-palmares ,that are still living and waiting for the new Valentino surface to introduce a gain a PRO EVENT of SLALOM in the pre olympic events.

Hang on

ehi,Chris, hope to have the pleasure to meet you in Turin, soon.Check the address of your grand aunt ...it should be Martorelli.
It doesn't mater,anyway!

I,ve seen you are from Chicago....i skated there near M.Jordan's resturant ,just close to Drake's hotel near the garden ...it was fun and the town so nice.

Turin in these last years changed so much for Olympic 2006. hoipefully Valentino's Park will change too for SLALOMERS' PLEASURES and fun carving...
