How to get support from IGSA?

I wrote an email to marcus and bob regarding a possible race to be hosted in Venezuela and ruled by the IGSA,
as i havent receive any answer yet, i decided to post it here
"Right now i am in the proces sof organizing an international event that
will include the 3 versions of the sport i mentioned before, so i would
really be interested on getting all the information needed to receive any
support or help you can provide, this will be my 5th contest so i want it
to be perfect and thats why i chose one of the perfect hills i seen i
here, u may see the full course on the attachment sent.
What i have in mind its pretty much like the downhill part of the "sandia
all around challenge" or the recent Brazilian contest Champ Do Funil
(http://www.champdofunil.com.br), the reason its that 99% of the locals riders dont use leathers for racing, some even do it on shorts and t-shirts, so we are not ina aprofessional level as otehrs countries are rigth now, BUT i strongly belive that this will be the "eyes-opener" for many of those riders that are really good to take some seriousness on the sports and maybe race in a professional level.
So my idea will be sme flexibility of the IGSA rules (wich we are
translating and adapting for the local scene) that allow the local riders
to race on denim jackets or similar protection.
if you have any comment on this matter pls let me know and we will work
things out."
you can download the file in here http://www.speedmasters.net/comp.ppt
Thanks in advance for your help
