Alternatives:
1)
If the video is less than a couple of megs then you can send me an email and I'll upload it to this server. Then I'll return the link to you so that you can use it in your post.
2)
If the file is bigger you need to upload it yourself to a server (any server) and if you want we can take it from there and move it here.
3)
Another alternative is what WesE correctly presented above.
