Hey I know this is not slalom related but local slalomer Mike Ohm took a 1st place in the 40+ division of the deathbox pool series at Vans...How killer is that?

Last night at Walker we celebrated Ohm's win with some warm Warsteiner.

Pools are for swimming. Gates are for horses.

Slalom!

Oh Vlad, if I ever win a slalom contest and you celebrate it with a warm beer I will take that as an offense........bah, warm beer....how can you stand that.

After being beerless in so many critical situations (after competitions) I started caring a heavy-duty (12-bottle) beer case in my car. As soon as the beer level drops below 6 bottles, I get a new case. The beer was sitting in the car all day before Ohm announced his victory (that naturally called for celebration). After the first gulp Ohm’s face said exactly the same thing- BAH. That beer was actually HOT!

It might have been hot but it still hit the spot! Thanks Vlad.
