I just got back from Turkey where I was working the towel boy circuit at some of the finest bath houses. I kept the towels soft and supple.
I'm ready to get some skating in. I would've shown up this weekend but the wind was too good!
Anybody for some beach trips this spring/summer?

Thank goodness, I thought Slappy had moved to New Jersey.......... OOO now I've pissed off all you Jerzzie lunks.
Slappy, do you still have your freebord? Check them out now. They have added sky hooks and are getting much closer to a snowboard feel. http://www.freebord.com/rides/sanbruno_5_1_05.htm
or http://www.freebord.com/represent/represent_v2.htm . You can even catch an edge like a snowboard and whip the back of your head off the ground. http://home.comcast.net/~fivepoints/DanStack.mov
The freebord scene seems to be cool, friendly, and a lot more fresh than racing for pink slips. Here is one of my more favorite ones even though I do not recommend skateboarding and beer drinking at the same time because you will bust your !@# real bad. Not to mention stacking it on a Freeboard, http://www.freebord.com/rides/woodside_4_24_05.htm . More at http://www.freebord.com/snitz/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=8
I'v got to get a freebord this summer https://www.wsdsecure2.com/secure/freeb ... /index.cfm You should see if you can upgrade that Alpha board of yours for an X-80 deck and some S2's or S1's. Or at the least get some S1's and drill some holes in your Alpha for them. Check the freebord forums and you will see others that are upgrading their Alpha's with bindings.
DR
BTW, if I get a freebord, you can bet I'm going to wear a helmet because I'll stack it for sure.
