Skandal?

Post by Lenny Poage » Thu Jul 17, 2008 4:12 am

I've just stumbled upon the modified Randal trucks over at Sk8kings and am very intrigued. Anyone skate these yet? Opinions?

While I don't own a Skandal, I did modify a Randal 125 to be pretty much the same as a Skandal.

My long-winded rantings about 125's and my version of the Skandal are here:

Affordable Traction Truck

Post by Richy Carrasco » Sun Nov 30, 2008 8:35 pm

We came out with the modified Skandall to provide an affordable traction truck alternative! We started with a 125 Randall , cut it down to 106 leaving the origanal axel so you could space it out if wanted, stuck it on a 35 degree baseplate and dewedged it the same as the Rads . This truck is great! Teamed up with a Bennett front or Skennett it makes for a super slalom setup that can do anything ! Here are some riders who are riding this setup and killin it at the races. Jordan Huitary, Kirby Cox , Chris Yandall, Ryan Rickar to name a few. If anyone has any Qs about setup for this email me at sk8kings ! Oi!
