Can someone tell me WHAT is going on SATURDAY at the Roosevelt location? It looks like the schedule is for Sunday's dual racing. Is Saturday a GS or just what's going on?

My guess based on last year is dual TS Saturday, dual Hybrid Sunday

that and your members only jacket

are you short on room?

I'd pack two boards in case you snap one.

Where can we get them in bulk?

3rd Annual Ddovercourt Open

Dual TS, Saturday, 5'5" to 7' with offsets and a curve. Moderate slope to a flat finish. Some footbraking.

Dual hybrid/Special on Sunday, 6' to 9'. Steady slope.

Both days courses will be a little different.

Day 1 should top off around 11 seconds. Day two should be around 28 seconds.

The Red Ick should be fine.

Thanks for the support.

C-Ya'll soon, EH!

Got my room at the Algonquin. Life Is Good.

By the way, Michael Brooke is buying all the Americans beer all weekend. (Not really, but I enjoy starting vicious rumors that will destroy a man's reputation.)

Looking Forward To next Weekend

Claude, MB et al:
Warning to all Ottawa residents and Canadians in general that righteous ripper Ms Lynn Kramer, and friend Erik are going to your town. She and I will be tearing up the town. On and off skateboards.
Can you please email me a poster for printing to joyce@mycybernet.net.
I found the smallest trucks, the 4.25" GK. Also, have you seen the 3" GF Hurley trucks. So sweet.
Get that out to me, and I will see you next Friday nite.

Cause nothing says douchebag like a Member's Only jacket........

It took me a while to go through all the pics, but here's a few of the best. Brie shot pics all weekend and seems to have a pretty good eye with my Canon EOS. Not only was the trip to Canada a fun race, it's the first time in my four years of racing after coming back that I had company on the trip. It was a fun five days and Ottawa is a complete blast to visit.

Canadian Champion Mike Cividino

Image
Lynn Kramer does not play when it comes to slalom racing.

Image
Miguel "Mig" Marco skated hard and fast all weekend despite a wounded wing he got at the skatepark Friday night.

Image
Rob Sydia is another Canadian who is consistently an "A" bracket racer

Image
I swear I don't remember racing Mike Duquette, so this must be a practice run. Besides, I think (but I'm not sure) he raced with the "A"s on Saturday.

Image
Boris and I raced in the finals in the tight slalom on Saturday and met up again in qualifying on Sunday for the hybrid duals.

Image
Mig and I were about even as we could get here in Sunday's "B" class round of eight. After this, though, Mig just turned it on and highballed to the finish. I just didn't have the strength to match his afterburner to the finish line.

Results!
