I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm thankful that there's ANY racing happening within a day's drive. Two years ago, I didn't even know slalom skateboarding still existed. If I never raced anywhere but DC for the rest of my life, it would still be more than I ever expected. I for one am count...

I ordered one of these yesterday. I'll let you all know what I think (not that my opinion means a lot!). Chicken replied that the trucks would not be ready to ship until the middle of next week. I got two of the TTC's as soon as they were available, but the more I checked them out, the more I was co...

Redneck, huh? My neck WAS red after that last GB practice, was I the only one? I doubt it. My truck is available for ramp hauling anytime, and I have a 5x8 trailer if that would work better. Also, I drink very cheap beer (Busch Light, so you know ahead of time).

Don't worry BBB ( That could mean Big Belly Brother or Bahne Boy Brian, you choose!). With my lack of practice this winter, and lack of workouts, and smoking...well you get the picture, I'm not going to(seriously)run a 100 cone course for a while. I will be there 10-11:00 with blower and broom. (Hom...

I'm up for tomorrow, just need a time. And yes, the Park and Die is a much easier drive for me than having to go through/around DC.
Do I need to bring a blower and/or broom?

OK, Brian, I'm in. Since I missed your race last year, I'll ask again. Will the Caballeros be playing? He he.

Scott,
If you can't find a Leemo you may want to consider the 38" pintail. I have one and really like it, have gotten several 1st places in the DC Outlaw longboard slalom with it. If you're close, come to the next race and you can try mine.

Jason,
I got 50 cones for 40 bucks from an online soccer store called AYSO. Spent a lunch hour cutting off the bases and bingo!
Good luck

Fun time yesterday in DC. Several new faces, some absentees due I think to the ECES. Quick notes: All of us are suffering from lack of practice. Crappy winter here in the mid-Atlantic. Cabbage was SICK fast on setups that no rational human would take through cones. He had fastest time of the day on ...
